Approach
The Turks and Caicos Islands are famous around the world for it’s turquoise blue water, abundant sea life and award-winning beaches.
It is possible to approach to within two miles (3.4 km) of the marina while remaining in the great depths off of the Caicos Islands plateau, after which the approach travels through Leeward Cut in the barrier reef off of Providenciales and past the nature reserve islands of Little Water Cay, Donna Cay and Mangrove Cay.
A guide boat is available upon request and is recommended for all new vessel arrivals to the marina. Radio on VHF channel 16 for detail.
Berthing
Blue Haven Marina offers 96 slips, including 5 Megayacht berths, 30 Superyacht berths, and can accommodate vessels over 220ft. . Our Marina boasts up to 3 phase 400 amp electricity, fuel/water/sewage facilities, and 24-hour security.
Due to it’s unique location, we enjoy a very high occupancy at our marina, it is important to make a prior reservation.
Permanent Berth
Make Blue Haven Marina your home port for a period of more than 3 months and enjoy our special rates!
Transient Berth
If you plan to explore our beautiful Island for period less than 3 months.
Embarkation
You would like to request pick up or drop off guests (stay less than 3-hours).
Tender Berth
You prefer to anchor out (anchoring is not allowed in the Leeward Passage), but you request to tie up your tender to do shopping or Immigration through our Marina

Customs & Immigration
The Blue Haven Marina is an official Port of Entry for Turks & Caicos. For our berthing guests, we are able to arrange Customs clearance as a service. If however, you plan on arranging the Customs clearance on your own, please note the following guidelines –
All vessels entering the waters of the Turks and Caicos must clear in with Customs and Immigration officials at the closest Port of Entry. You may be subject to a penalty and liable for confiscation and forfeiture of your vessel if clearance through Immigration and Customs is not done within 24 hours. Vessels are required to fly their yellow “Q” flag when approaching their selected Point of Entry. Only the Captain of the vessel may go ashore to arrange clearance. No other shore contact is permitted until the clearance is granted.
Customs officers have normal working hours 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday and 8am to 4pm on Friday.
If you plan on arriving outside of normal working hours (or on public holidays), overtime charges would apply: usually a $50.00 clearance fee (in or out) and a $10.00 overtime fee applies Monday through Friday, and an $15.00 overtime fee in charged if you clear in on Sundays or holiday
NOTE: Yachts that do not have a berth with Blue Haven Marina can apply to our Marina office to use our Marina for Customs clearance and will be charged accordingly.

Permits & Visas
If you are planning to stay in Turks & Caicos for more than seven (7) days, you will need a Cruising Permit. The Cruising Permit charge is $300 per vessel and expires after 90 days, but can be renewed. Vessels that plan on staying in Turks & Caicos for over 180 days must import the vessel and pay the relevant Import Duty.
